Delivery: Usually, all products are shipped from stock, via J.C. Nelson truck from the closest of 2 shipping point warehouses located in northern California.
Warrantees: All products are subject to individual manufacturers warrantees.
Note: All floor machine and equipment sales are final and are sold on a non-returnable basis and are covered by factory warrantees.
Payments: We accept the Visa MasterCard, and American Express. On line orders are processed over an encrypted secure site. We also accept checks and money orders. Orders paid by check will usually not be processed until the funds have been verified. If you are sending a check, please send it to the name and address given below.

No merchandise may be returned without
prior authorization and instructions. You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or
credit within 10 days of receipt, except in the case of floor machinery, which
is sold on a non-returnable final sale basis. Shipping charges can only be
refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by
the packing slip. A 15% charge will be assessed to cover repackaging. After a
return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit
card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order,
a refund check will be mailed to you. We suggest that you use UPS or insured
Parcel Post to return any merchandise.
What if we don't have all of the items in stock?
If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be back-ordered automatically.
We do not sell, trade,
